1. Images shown on the website are only for view. Actual delivered flowers design, shape will always vary because flowers are sourced from local city vendors, arranged & designed manually. No refund will be entertained for image variations claims. Flowerbazaar.in guarantee the exact number of flowers delivered to the recipients.

2. Orders cancellation request should be sent to contact@flowerbazaar.in before 24 hours of delivery time to claim refund of actual order value paid; no refund will be made once delivery is initiated. Any discount, offer or exempted amount will not be considered in refund.

3. No refund will be made in case of wrong address, wrong contact number provided by the customers and delivery not happens.

4. No refund will be made if recipient refused to accept product, such orders will be treated as delivered.

5. If any product missed or undelivered by delivery partner from single or multiple products order, in such case contact@flowerbazaar.in will try to deliver the not delivered item or partly refund amount of non delivered product.
